Detailed Zone Creation And Management

Using a state-of-the-art non-passive sensor, our HD Soil Scan is proprietary to Scout in the southeast. Through precision agriculture, we can make highly detailed soil maps used for soil sampling, seeding, and much more. Simply put, our scanner has a higher repeatability than the competitors and makes more accurate soil maps than any other sensor on the market. This means your farm can see increased crop yields and better resource management.

Precision Soil Sampling

Soil testing is the root of our company and where we started as a company back in 2017. If you need your soil tested for specific nutrients to increase yields and reduce costs, look no further. We have a high standard for pulling soil samples because, as farmers ourselves, we know proper sampling can make or break a farm. High standards, ethics, and attention to detail set us apart from larger agricultural suppliers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Variable Rate Seeding

Scout knows seed. Period. A complex understanding of the soil and individual varieties/hybrids allows us to make precise recommendations to increase yield across the field. Using our HD Soil Scan, we can hone in on putting the correct population exactly where it needs to be. This means your farm seeding efforts will be as effective as possible.

Field Trial Research

Our research farm in Clio, SC, is open for trial work. We work closely with our seed and product suppliers to prove to ourselves that the products work before asking you to try them. Finding the best combinations of seed for specific farm zones and soil types is our goal to make your crops flourish and farm profit.
